The state income tax refund check-off program
Here’s an easy way to help. While you are filling out your state income tax form, you can designate a portion of your refund to the Child Victims’ Trust Fund.
Just check the amount of money you wish to donate from your refund, and we take care of the rest.
Note: If you have a tax preparer fill out your forms, be sure to let him/her know you wish to make a donation this way. (And if you’re a tax preparer, we ask that you let your clients know about this option!) Your donation is tax-deductible.
Private Donations
We welcome your tax-deductible donations. You may donate (online) by clicking this link or by sending a check to:
Office of Trafficking and Abuse Prevention and Prosecution
1024 Capital Center Dr., Suite 200
Frankfort, KY 40601Additionally, you can also place a clause in your will to donate to the Child Victims' Trust Fund.
Proceeds from all of these donation methods described above fund the work of agencies across the Commonwealth providing hope and help to our hurting children. For additional information, please contact the Child Victims' Trust Fund, Office of the Attorney General, by emailing Kids@ky.gov.
