Open Records Requests for the Office of the Attorney General
Kentucky residents wishing to inspect a public record in the possession of the Office of the Attorney General may submit an open records request by completing our Open Records Request Form. After completing your open records request form, email it to the Attorney General's Open Records Custodian at KYOAGOR@ky.gov.
The Attorney General's Office has developed an Open Records Policy to assist us in responding efficiently to open records requests in a consistent and coordinated manner.
Any Kentucky resident wishing to inspect a public record in the possession of an agency that is not the Office of the Attorney General should submit an open records request to that agency directly.
