I have had some issues with an instructor over a period of about the last four weeks. The instructor was removed from Galen recently for reasons unknown. I have incomplete grades. I have attempted to contact multiple faculty regarding my situation for the past three weeks. Absolutely no one has returned a phone call or an email. I have went from the bottom up. Resent emails and have been waiting patiently. I feel things have been unjust related to the imbalanced instructor. She had outbursts with multiple students, we were taken into a closet and counseled. She stated she would send homework assignments and did not. She did not answer any questions related to class that I had. She stated "she did not have time for me". She hung up the phone when I tried to contact her. This has gone on way to long. I am out of answers and with no response from Galen college I do not know where or what to do. I am scared if I react they denie me my classes I already have which are only good at Galen. They have no Sacks Accreditation. Please can you advise me. I desperately need assistance. I am a full time student, 20 yr nurse and work only part time. I am almost finished with their RN program.
